Cancellation Policy

Due to the recent high number of no show or late cancellations going up, we’ve had no choice but to inforce a three strike system if we’ve not received notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment (please note for booked appointments on a Monday, cancellation will be required by Saturday morning).

1. First appointment missed due to family/medical or work emergency will not be charged. However a late cancellation with no reason will incur a 30% charge.

2. A second missed appointment will incur a 50% charge.

3. A third missed appointment will incur a 80% charge with any future appointments only available with full payment received upfront.
